I believe I purchased the book for $25 in 2008 but I looked today and it's hard to find online now so I could only find it for $99-$300 online today. Van Darkholme is very skilled in Shibari rope bondage and is well known among gay male bondage enthusiasts.
By the way, I also like four poster beds. Have fun there and in the shower. =)
