Long ago I had an idea to create a matriarchal cohousing residential community with 33 homes called Femquility. It would have a small village feel. After having gotten advice in person from a professional cohousing company, I was told to advertise alot, find 33 people/couples to meet in person regularly, develop connectedness, find and buy vacant land, and then each of the 33 people would sign a contract with one developer to each build a home. Needless to say, this has proven difficult given the fact that I was not trying to find regular vanilla people, and any Female dominants and male subs that showed interest in my matriarchal community concept were spread out throughout the world. And many people told me that if I build the entire matriarchal residential community myself then they would come and possibly buy a home there. So Femquility has not been built yet.
Now I am creating a new idea to fill one house with select sincere male subs and dominant females. I am officially creating a household. Here are my plans for a Female-led house of connectedness and acceptance. It is called The FEM House.
A matriarchal coliving community house where the loving Female-led lifestyle is embraced.
FEM = Female focused. Females are respected, honored, and served.
Rules of the House:
- We try to be ecofriendly, loving and sustainable.
- Crossdressing is encouraged and fully accepted. Males wanting to wear something feminine or admiring how females look and exploring a feminine side sometimes is considered a good thing.
- All males must wear at least one feminine thing at all times, unless showering/bathing or approved by Mistress Lisa. (Ie: panties)
- The loving Female-led lifestyle is encouraged and the norm, rather than harshly treating males like dumb animals.
- All household members must contribute to the household. (Such as financial through rent, etc. And males also through physical work such as cleaning, cooking, yardwork, growing food, etc.)
- Any chosen live-in members must go through a trial period. 1 year rental/member contract. Renewable annually upon approval such as no issues. Shorter contracts may be available if required due to work or school.
- It's a yearly live-in membership club in a house rather than a rental lease so that fair housing act does not have to be adhered to.
- No taking videos inside the house.
- Regular exercise is encouraged.
- Chastity devices are required on all males, unless in temporary conditions allowed by a female.
- No male dominants or tops. No dominance of cis-females. No kids.
- Males provide entertainment to females. (Ie: music, plays, dance, striptease, comedy, games, etc.)
- Males receive structure, discipline and punishment.
- Cis-Females are in charge.
- No female face masks on males. And no males pretending to be dominant females.
- Males are to clean any play spaces, equipment or toys after use.
- Growing food is encouraged.
- Creativity and education are encouraged.
- House community trips/activities are encouraged for fun and to help provide more connection.
- Diets in the house are vegan, vegetarian or pescetarian. No land animals. There are plenty of meat substitutes that taste just like land animals. (Ie: Jackfruit and chick'n products for chicken; BeyondMeat products, cauliflower walnut mixture, Impossible products and other products for beef.) Plant-based meals are encouraged inside the house. What you eat at restaurants is up to you.
- People are encouraged to share the stuff they're comfortable sharing. (Books, tools to fix things, rides, etc.)
- All rules and members subject to change or addition only by the house owner, Mistress Lisa.
- House currently is located in sw Florida with potential for expansion/move to a bigger house in the future.
- Currently open to 1-3 select live-in male subs and possibly 1 other dominant woman. A sense of community, support, care, purpose, and connectedness is the goal. Select applicants will be considered.
