Halloween 2010

I hope everyone had a happy Halloween. I had a great time this halloween season. I went to several parties, events and had different costumes this halloween season. I was a 1920s gangster, a dirty cop (I had fun frisking people at a kinky party), Medusa (won 2nd place in a costume contest), Athena, a zombie pirate, and the Devil. Some people say that Halloween is just for kids and is silly for adults. My take on that is that I'm a kid at heart and life is meant to be enjoyed and be fun. And if you think you're too old to get dressed up and go to a kinky halloween party, then you're just missing out on some fun. Lighten up and learn to enjoy yourself more. I personally love halloween. If people think I'm weird, I say "Why be normal? There's no fun in that."

Good morning

I like this photo since it seems very casual and I imagine that her male bitch is close by after having fetched her some morning coffee. Hmmm...I wonder what she's looking at. Domestic service skills

Need to be pampered

Current mood: I had a long day and need to be pampered. Some examples of that include: massaging my body from head to toe with some scented lotion and kneading any tension out of it...relaxing Me, bathing my feet and applying new nail polish, fanning Me like an adoring servant, feeding me grapes or strawberries, putting on soft music to relax me, adoringly kissing my feet while I enjoy a beverage you've brought to Me, etc. Hmmm...I wonder if you can think of any other ways to pamper Me?

On Ownership

Here's an article I enjoyed reading on the topic of Ownership.
"What does it mean to be owned by, literally to be the property of another human being? By definition, this means that one is that person's slave. MY thoughts: I do agree with some of it. I do think it can be humbling, but I do not think it's degrading for a male to serve. I think a slave should be honored to do whatever the Mistress wants for it pleases Her. And he should strive to always please Her. (yes I think something might feel a bit degrading or humiliating at first if the slave isn't used to it or isn't focused on being grateful for the chance to please. But he should learn to focus more on Her wishes and accept his role). On another note, personally I believe that if a slave is truly lowly or undeserving of basking in My presence, then I certainly won't own him. I think some of the above text/opinion was based on fantasy stereotypes (oh the lowly slave and his Mistress) or prodommes that will see almost anyone. But in reality, a lifestyle dominant Woman like Myself who is in it for real life relationships has standards. I want to be with someone who I like, care for, can respect and someone I think is worth owning and taking the time to fine tune to my liking, to discipline, guide and spend time with.

Regarding the photo I found and posted, I do think it's hot how the roles are clearly defined in the photo and that she definitely looks more powerful than him and beautiful. (and I too have used males as human furniture before. But I wanted to use them because I liked them as everyday people too). I do think that relationships work best when there is a clear leader and a clear follower such as in a loving, Female-led relationship. There seems to be less conflict that way since final decisions are up to the Woman. And since as a domme, I like to know everything about my slave including his deepest secrets and fantasies then it helps to create a deep bond and alot of trust. A deep connection. And isn't that what alot of people are searching for?

Special

I only allow submissive males in my personal life. And believe Me, he does have to be special and also know his place in My world. My time is precious and I do not give it to just anyone. All men need something greater than themselves to look up to and worship.

US Females' improvements in education and society

Interesting:
-Young Women's Pay Now Exceeds Male Peers'
-Girls are exceeding boys in school. Almost 90% of valedictorians are girls, college students are now almost 60% female and growing.
-More women than men got PhDs in 2009 and women have long outnumbered men in earning master's degrees
-Between 1995 and 2004, there was a 30% increase in the number of science and engineering BAs awarded to female US citizens, which is 2.5 times the growth of male American citizens. The number of physics BAs grew 36% for women, 8 times the increase for men. In engineering, the number of degrees grew 19% for women even as it dropped 1% for men. The number of electrical engineering degrees grew 35% for women which is 1.6 times the growth for men. Now I admit that electrical engineering is a field where there aren't alot of women but a 35% growth is definitely good. (source: Education Week, edweek.org)

My blog anniverary

I just noticed it's been a little over a year since I started this Femdom blog of Mine. I was iffy when I first started it but now I'm glad I begun it in September 2009 since I've enjoyed writing in it. So happy anniversary to my blog. =) And thanks to all those who visit and post comments.
