Not your body
Unfortunately in Florida, the extreme 6 week abortion ban was not overturned. So now women still have no control over their reproductive health of their bodies. Women with miscarriages and other pregnancy problems where the fetus isn't viable will still be denied an abortion to save their life or health. So since women can't have control over their reproductive health, then males shouldn't have that either. Mandatory vasectomies and also denial of prostate cancer screenings and treatments for all U.S. males would likely give a similar feeling as women are feeling but still not as extreme as women's lives & health being unexpectedly put in jeopardy quickly.

Focusing and improving your day
I watched this vanilla video below about having a better day and liked it. So I thought I'd share it.
"Why you can't focus and how to fix it - Hyperfocus by Chris Bailey":
Watch the video above. Here's some steps from it:
1. Find out what you've been focusing on. Set an hourly timer. (How have you been spending your time? And what are the things that usually distract you from what really matters?)
2. Choose what activity you want to focus on instead. (And break goals down into smaller pieces.)
3. Hyperfocus for small periods of time.
4. Scatterfocus: Rest your mind. Relax.

Sissy butt exercises
Today was Daylight saving time...so you should have turned back your clocks an hour at 2 am to say 1 am instead. Cell phones and most computers will automatically do it for you. But other clocks needed to be updated manually. Otherwise you're behind.
Speaking of behind, to enhance your behind here are "6 Sissy Butt Popping exercises that work".
And here are more Sissy Butt Popping Exercises.
And here is a 8 minute video workout with no squats, lunges or jumping.

30 things to do to ease anxiety or stress
I've compiled a list of things that a person can do to ease anxiety or stress:
- Practice deep breathing exercises to calm your mind and body.
- Engage in regular physical exercise to release tension and boost endorphins.
- Try mindfulness or meditation techniques to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety.
- Establish a consistent sleep routine to ensure sufficient rest and recovery.
- Limit caffeine intake as it can exacerbate anxiety symptoms.
- Seek social support.
- Engage in hobbies or activities that bring you joy and distract from anxious thoughts.
- Write in a journal to express and process your emotions.

Halloween parfaits
There's just 23 days until Halloween 🎃, my favorite holiday.
Here's a photo of my candy corn inspired fruit parfaits that I made:
It's mango, cantaloupe, banana and topped with coconut flakes. Fruity, Halloweeny and delicious!
And the kinky Halloween party I was supposed to go to this weekend was cancelled due to the recent hurricane, but I have at least one other party I hope to go to later in the month.Monday, September 26, 2022

Massage your Goddess
Something important to me is having a sub that can give very good massages.
I really love to be massaged. I need regular massages and have needed most of my life. I especially needed a shoulder massage last night for pain relief. I couldn't sleep alot. Be a good sub and massage your Mistress and help make me feel good. It's also an honor and good opportunity for you to provide pleasure.

Introvert versus Extrovert
I enjoyed my time in Disney World's Halloween party at the Magic Kingdom yesterday. (I loved the shows, trick or treating, decorations, etc.) But during the instances I was around alot of people all at once it made me feel overwhelmed and a bit uncomfortable at times. I did my best to lessen crowds for me though such as when everyone was watching the parade, I got treats and got photos taken when there was noone around except a staff member or two and no lines. But I am still feeling a bit overwhelmed from the party. Why? I'm actually an introvert. I can handle events with crowds on occasion but I definitely need time to recover.
I haven't been to the Magic Kingdom in a very long time because I do not like being near crowds often which usually happens there because of their much narrower pathways and popularity of that specific park.
Introvert versus extrovert...What's the difference? Introverts are not shy. They just have different needs than extroverts.
"You may be an introvert if:
- -You enjoy spending time alone
- -You prefer quality time with one or two people over spending time with bigger groups of friends
- -You need alone time to rest and recharge after a busy workday or period of activity
- -You can get lost in your thoughts easily and need time to process and think through most things
- -You prefer spending your time around other people and dislike being alone
- -You like crowds, parties and other gatherings with lots of new people
- -You need quality time with others to help you recharge
- -You're outgoing, talkative and like being the center of attention
Typically introverts tend to enjoy more time to themselves, are very aware of their internal thoughts and recharge more in solitude. Extroverts can be just the opposite. Extroverts are often more outspoken, outgoing and absolutely love being around other people. That's what really fills them up."

There can also be a spectrum where some people are a mixture of both. But I'm definitely introverted. Now after the big party, I just want to relax at home and recharge myself. Reading, painting, being creative in various ways, texting, writing, learning and meditation are some things I especially enjoy when I'm trying to recharge.
