Focusing and improving your day

I watched this vanilla video below about having a better day and liked it. So I thought I'd share it. 

"Why you can't focus and how to fix it - Hyperfocus by Chris Bailey":

Watch the video above. Here's some steps from it:

1. Find out what you've been focusing on. Set an hourly timer. (How have you been spending your time? And what are the things that usually distract you from what really matters?)

2. Choose what activity you want to focus on instead. (And break goals down into smaller pieces.)

3. Hyperfocus for small periods of time. 

4. Scatterfocus: Rest your mind. Relax.
