Creative Fun with duct tape

Things to do instead of masterbating

-There are alot of classes online on many things.

2) Volunteer your time. There are plenty of places that need volunteers. For example: Can you help the elderly or homeless in some way, such as getting them food?

3) Exercise. (ie: weight lifting, running, cycling, walking, exercising to videos online, etc.)

4) Read. (especially books or webpages that will help improve your life or skills. Ie: giving massage, pedicures, tea service, etc)

5) Clean or organize things in your home.(practice make perfect and one day you may be cleaning your Mistress' home)

6) Write. Write stories, articles, thoughts (keep a journal or blog), write poetry, etc. (Possibly something to show to others or your Mistress).
