Thoughts on chastity by a male sub

“Not only is Chastity at the core of my sub-male psyche, the absence of its application (when I am single) produces some of the most noticeable and frustrating elements to my single-ness. Chastity embodies the willing surrender of my fundamental male sexual urges and in fact, through a device even denies a fundamental right of all beings to experience pleasure in the body. In my version of male submission, I deeply need to surrender the burden of pleasure. I crave to surrender my own identification of sexual pleasure with ejaculation in exchange for denial as it results in expanded focus and emotional attunement to my dominant. The sharing of this denial with a Dominant is such a powerful elixir to bring me closer to her.

When the dominant enforces chastity whether short term or long, it places the sub in a highly aroused state of frustration where his only voice to express sexual pleasure is through vicariously identifying with his Dominant's sexual pleasure. In doing so he physically and psychologically is re-programmed to locate his own sexual pleasure in her whims, her needs and therefore pleasing her, achieving incredible focus and devotion to her, enabling his essential feminine sexual expression of pleasing 'other'. Not ironically, through frustration, this experience ultimately enhances the male's identity with his own sexual desires and spins him (me) into a cycle of humiliation and heightened desire to please my dominant sexually. Speaking for myself - I crave the sensations associated with chastity. Whether or not I could stay chaste for days, weeks or months and not abandon the experience out of frustration is unknown. Ideally, the Dominant would have the skills and love to guide the sub through the experience for as long she intuited was required for HER pleasure, his suffering and their shared growth.”
