My Birthday Fiesta is coming

30 day challenge

I heard of a teacher who gives a 30 day challenge to her English students every semester - it doesn't matter what it is, but they must add or subtract something for 30 days. I have decided that it is an excellent idea for me now.

I admit I was eating ice cream for the past 1 1/2 months to help me feel better due to some heartache I had. So now I have decide to eliminate it completely for the next 30 days and replace it with eating more fruit instead. I do want to get healthier so this change will help.
