I heard of a teacher who gives a 30 day challenge to her English students every semester - it doesn't matter what it is, but they must add or subtract something for 30 days. I have decided that it is an excellent idea for me now.
I admit I was eating ice cream for the past 1 1/2 months to help me feel better due to some heartache I had. So now I have decide to eliminate it completely for the next 30 days and replace it with eating more fruit instead. I do want to get healthier so this change will help. So what would you like to try for the next 30 days? It can be anything in your life.
Previous challenge I did a few years ago:
-45 day all raw food challenge

Living for the moment as I've spent most of my life compartmentalizing things on a strict timetable I find hard to just do something on the spur of the moment, following it through to the time seems right to stop.
ReplyDeleteI keep saying I'm going to give up ice cream, I eat a couple of scoops every night while I watch TV or read, but as long as I'm under 180 pounds I'm going to keep eating it. I'll give up alcohol instead.
