30 day challenge

I heard of a teacher who gives a 30 day challenge to her English students every semester - it doesn't matter what it is, but they must add or subtract something for 30 days. I have decided that it is an excellent idea for me now.

I admit I was eating ice cream for the past 1 1/2 months to help me feel better due to some heartache I had. So now I have decide to eliminate it completely for the next 30 days and replace it with eating more fruit instead. I do want to get healthier so this change will help. So what would you like to try for the next 30 days? It can be anything in your life.

Previous challenge I did a few years ago:
-45 day all raw food challenge

  1. Living for the moment as I've spent most of my life compartmentalizing things on a strict timetable I find hard to just do something on the spur of the moment, following it through to the time seems right to stop.

  2. I keep saying I'm going to give up ice cream, I eat a couple of scoops every night while I watch TV or read, but as long as I'm under 180 pounds I'm going to keep eating it. I'll give up alcohol instead.
