Internal well being

What I'm learning and focusing on (more than past years) is meditation, positive affirmations, self love, and inner happiness.

Tips:

-Spend time away from social media and news.

-Cultivate inner happiness. Spend time with  yourself with no distractions. Meditate. It can uplift your mood.

-Spend time in nature to reduce anxiety and stress and encourage peace and relaxation.

-Feed your mind positive things daily. And do things that help bring enjoyment to your life.

-Fill up your cup emotionally. Then give to others too. Sometimes giving can help bring more good feelings to you too.

-I recommend watching motivational or self development videos on YouTube. (I am currently watching this video from Wayne Dyer while I work.)
