Here's some exercises for a sissy to improve one of their best ASSets, their butt.
#1: Do Sissy Squats. (Yes there is really an exercise called "sissy squats".)
#2: Cross Leg Glutes Stretch
#3: Bicycle. A real bike or a stationary bicycle.
