Mind Over Matter: The law of attraction

The mind is a powerful thing so expect good. Everyone has power since it's a universal law. The Law of Attraction says "thoughts become things".

Even if you do not understand it or believe it, it's still working in your life. If you say "I do not want this, this and this to happen to me again". Guess what will happen. Exactly what you say you do not want to happen to you. Because you're concentrating on that, it's in your mind, you worry that the bad things are going to happen again. You get a negative or defensive vibration to you and then you attract more of the same. If you consistently focus on a good thought and truly feel it, then it will become your reality.

It goes for everything you think about, so be conscious of what you think about, what you concentrate on, what you beleive, what you expect. Expect the good. Lots of good positive things in your life. Now I know that good might not be your experience from the past, but let that go. Think only positive things. Expect what you want...to come to you. If you put enough strong good feelings into it and you consistently do so and feel postivie and do not allow negative thoughts (or what you do not want) to come into your thought patterns, then what you want will eventually come to you. Like attracts like. This is the "Law of Attraction".

It is important to stay positive. In the world, there is negativity. Do not allow people or things that are negative to bring you down...and do not belive that more negativity will be your experience. It does not have to be. Think positive. Expect positive things. Think of yourself as a magnet. Anything you think about strongly or expect, you'll get. Good or bad.

Tips:
-Raise the vibration of how you feel. Focus on the good in life. Radiate positivity.
-One good way to focus on the good is to have gratitude for what you do have. Be appreciative. Be thankful.What are you thankful for in your life?
-Always choose love over hate/fear.
-Visualize your goal as already having come true. (And creating a vision board with photos of your ideal life could help.)

I've been consciously studying about the Law of Attraction for a little over a year now. I'm still practicing it and learning how to consistently improve my thoughts/vibration. I actually started learning about the law of attraction initially because I noticed all the good things I mentally focused on were coming true. Some pretty amazing instances so then I went to the bookstore and came across the book title that seemed to reflect what was happening: "Ask and it is given: Learning to manifest your desires." So I now continue to learn, practice and test it out. I know it works.

The law of attraction is also thoroughly discussed in the movie "The Secret" and admittedly practiced by some successful people such as celebrities. Here's some of the youtube Videos I've watched related to the law of attraction.
