Masculinity and Submission

It seems to me that some people (usually males) have the stereotype that most submissive males are weak or doormats and I think that could be the furthest from the truth. From my 15 years of experience of being into Femdom and from running a Femdomme/malesub munch for 8 years, I can tell you that the male subs that I have met have been wonderful individuals, not weaklings. And personally I think it takes good self-awareness to realize who you are and it takes strength for a male to go against what mainstream society says they should be (the stereotype of males being macho or in charge all the time), and instead put aside all that crap and fully submit to the Woman in his life. That he embraces a confident Woman's guidance and strength and wants to please Her.
