Bad behavior

I'm wondering, why would a submissive who is lucky enough to have a domme's time and attention then be lazy, cocky or jerky? 

I think he chose the submissive role so he should do his best to obey. To me, otherwise it can come across as disrespectful to her and the power exchange relationship and chips away at the foundation of the relationship. It's like if a boss in a professional setting gave an employee a task to do and he just ignored it. I would take it as disrespectful and question if he really wants to be there and if it's going to work out, and also be less inclined to give him more tasks unless his attitude and effort changed.

Hmm...Maybe he's trying to provoke her into spanking him or verbally shouting at him and calling him names. But that would not work with me. I find disrespect or disobedience to be a big turn-off.

Hmm...Maybe he's not that interested or takes her for granted.

Behavior Review Chart to keep a male in line

Back when I led a Femdomme/male sub munch from 2002-2010, during some meetings I would give out some binders I made. It had a weekly behavior review chart in it that I originally got from a WHAP! magazine issue and I made copies in it so that there's one chart for every week in a year. The ladies in femdom couples that I gave it out to loved it. Below is a photo that I took of it. 

I'll use a weekly behavior review chart when I have a live-in male submissive partner. It'll help me keep track of him and help motivate him to be on his best behavior.
