My thoughts: I have 9 pairs of shoes in my crossdressing room...some with thin heels and some with thick heels. It is definitely harder for anybody to walk in and stabilize yourself on a thinner heel. But I do find that thinner heels are usually in a sexier looking style. So I have both. And it is hard for anybody to find a heel that is comfortable for long periods of time. So you may have to practice walking without falling and also try various heels to find what works for you. And also practice walking in them femininely. Also if you can, I recommend looking at shoes in a local shoe store. (if you're scared, go with a woman but I found that noone bothered me while shopping). Today I went to Payless shoes for myself but I was surpised to find that they expanded the amount of large sizes they carry. My local store now has an aisle full of size 10, 11 and 12 in women's shoes. Or you can buy some on their Payless.com website.

And if you bought a pair of sexy heels that you like that fit but you can't walk in them, then do not throw them out because you may be able to wear them when you're laying down on a bed posing or in restraints or as hot looking bedroom heels to look sexy for your partner.
